Privacy Policy
Iris collects waitlist details and limited visit analytics so we can manage early access, understand demand, and protect the launch page from abusive signups.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, a normalized copy of that email, signup timestamp, signup source, referral information, campaign attribution data, an anonymous browser identifier, browser user agent, and a salted hash of your IP address when available for anti-abuse protection.
Why we collect it
We use this information to contact you about Iris, measure which parts of the page are working, understand repeat visits and conversions, and protect the waitlist from spam or abusive signups.
How your data is handled
Waitlist and analytics data are stored server-side in Postgres and are not sold to third parties. We do not store your raw IP address in the waitlist table, only a salted hash when hashing is enabled, and we keep the setup intentionally minimal for the launch and early access period.
